Update - if you are unhappy with the My e-pets toy that you purchased, file a complaint with the BBB in California, and ask the company to refund your full purchase price. ************************************88 We got a unicorn for “My e-pets 3D”, and found that it wouldn’t work on the website. The site doesn’t offer anything similar to the previous myepets.com. The new site www.myepets3d.com is not fully functional. You can’t do anything online except wanter around a town (no store, no house to set up). I feel like the company has baited and switched. The package promised to let you play online with your pet, and you clearly cannot do that. Save your money and avoid this toy. It’s not fun. It’s not good. Buy a Webkinz instead. MGA Entertainment will not offer any kind of solution except to “wait”. MGA Entertainment had horrible customer service and will not help to let us play with a unicorn. Avoid the Myepets 3d - it’s one of the most disappointing toys. There is nothing to do at their website, and you cannot play online with your pet at this time.

my sisters boyfriends sisters play this game and they have the unicorn and they could play with go shopping and go in side houses they have nooooooooooo problems

Yup once you use all your Kash you cant shop anymore. Your health gets used up and you cant even go into the Games hut. Worthless Toy for sure!!! Glad I got my daughters on sale for only 5 dollars. At least she has the toy to play with because after only 1 day she cant play on the computer anymore!!! NO ONE buy this toy!!!

Here it is, Christmas day and my daughter has two of these and the website is just plain down. It has been all day. What a waste. Time to get some more webkinz.

File a complaint with the BBB in California, as that is where they are located. I told them they had better get this working before Christmas, or they will have many disappointed kids on Christmas morning. And unfortunately, no one will know how terrible it is until the package is opened to get the secret code to use… terrible.

Today I was looking around at the store and saw some My E Pets 3D. My daughter was trying to con me into getting one. I was so glad that I watched this last night. Thanks for saving me money and headaches!
